HELP!!!!!! We're number 1 and we need to keep it that way!!
So here's the skinny, yall have kept us alive through this whole thing and we're finally to the home stretch. As of a few minutes ago...we attained the number 1 spot with only a few hours left in the contest. We are very aware of how much time yall have put into this for us, and for that we are incredibly grateful.
Now we just have to finish strong. So, this is our last plea!!! Go vote for Manic Bloom. Even if it means you've got to sift through the other songs before you get to us. Just a few "by far" votes helps tighten the grip on the number 1 spot.

The Finals - We Need Your Help!
All right guys, first off we want to say that you are all amazing! We were first place pretty much all day today, all the way up to the deadline. That was because of all of you. You guys blow us away all the time, so from your Manic men...we love you all!
Now, we need your help for one more day. Go to Ourstage.com and judge. October 31st is the only day of finals, and we're up against the number 1 song from each of the genres, so that means there are a lot of songs to compete with. No matter if you've voted or not, it all starts over now, so you can vote again.
Keep it up for one more day and this could mean really great things for us.

UPDATE!!! Ourstage.com semi-finals!
UPDATE!!!! We are currently 1. BUT, don't let that fool you into thinking that's where we'll stay. It's going to require a ton of support from everybody to maintain that ranking. We can't begin to thank you enough for everything you've done so far. All we need to do now is keep it going for the next few days and we'll be home free. Now, instead of 190 possible battles, there are only 45. Vote to heart's content!!

We're in the semi-finals on Ourstage.com! They are being held today and tomorrow, and then the finals are on HALLOWEEN! In order to advance to the finals, we have to be number one at the end of this round which isn't that far away!!

Help us out on Ourstage!
Hey guys, we need your help again!
Right now, we're currently ranked 3rd overall in the Alternative Rock genre on Ourstage.com. Today and tomorrow are the last day of the quarterfinals, and if we win we could get $6,000 to help us make a video and go back into the studio. If we make it to the semifinals, we'll need reviews more than ever, so keep it up. The contest is over on Nov. 1st.
Here's what you need to do. Go to www.Ourstage.com and register at the top right. Register as a "Music Lover", confirm your email address, and then hit "Judge" at the top. Make sure you're on "Alt. Rock" when you're judging. Basically, there are 20 songs right now being pitted against each other, so if you review for a little while you'll get to our song.
We appreciate everything you guys do for us!

Booking and Writing
Hey Manic Bloomeons,
So, after an amazing 2 weeks for my wedding and honeymoon I am back to the grind of hitting it hard. We have seen some great stuff on our end. 1st, we met with Billy from 91.1 here in Nashville. He had some great advice and we are finding out more and more how important cool merch will be to our success. Anyone want a sticker???...ha, ha
2nd, we have recently found that our booking agent is trying to battle her senior year and book yours truly. This has been a huge task that has not been taken lightly. Unfortunately our booking agent, Wolf is taking a break to get caught up on school, so we are doing some of the booking ourselves again....Boo,....but don't lose heart, we have some rescuers in the wings as I write this. We hope to have some solid answers in the next week or two.
Burn,....aka Matt is now farther from home since his company relocated to Franklin, but he is still hangin' in there. Brink is continuing with his edumackation at MTSU. Hilde continues to front up and keeping in contact with many of you here on Myspace and David is the all around polishing mega man to be sure the cracks are filled.
I hope you are all well and please continue to check back often as we are posting new info weekly and we love hearing from you about the tunes.

Keep it Up!
Hey guys,
So here's the update on the radio contest. We're up to 2,849 plays and still counting, so for 9 days that's great. Keep sending the link to friends and keep listening yourself. And once agaain, we appreciate everything you all do for us.
Also, don't forget to call your local radio stations and ask them to play Manic Bloom. If you get any interest from a station, let us know and we'll try to get ahold of them ourselves. A good chance to do this would be on Sundays (Tonight!), from 9-12 at night, for 102.9 here in Nashville. Just call this number, 615-737-1029, and tell them you want to hear Manic Bloom. They're already been playing us pretty regularly, but it'd be even better if we could get an interview on there, or even get multiple songs played.
Keep talking to us and bring all your friends to a show. We always love seeing and hanging out with you all!

Still trying...
Good news and bad news, I suppose...
The good news is that we've got over 1100 plays as I'm typing this! Sweet!
The bad news is that a lot of people have been letting us know that they've been listening, but it doesn't seem to be counting their plays. Also - not only does it not seem to work on Mac's, but I've had a few Vista users say it doesn't work on their computer, either...
Well - because of the problems, reaching our goal of 5,000 is going to be a lot harder than we though - but we're still shooting for it! Less than 4000 more plays left! (same as if 100 people told 20 friends who listened to it 2 times... If all those plays were counted...)
So - continue to let people know about us and listen to the song:

Get us to 5,000!
Hey folks!
Quick update on this radio contest we're in right now... As I type this, we currently have over 350 plays - nice! We were around 150 yesterday, so it looks like you're definitely stepping up to help us out!
We've set a goal to reach 5,000 plays by Friday. It might seem like a whole lot, but if 100 people sent the link to 10 of their friends, and those friends listened to it 5 times, that's it! (Or an even better scenario - 1,000 people sending it to 1,000 of their friends... But no pressure, you know...)
