Some of my favorite moments in life have been times where a band or artist has gone out of their way to make me feel like I mattered to them. Like when I got to go onstage in high school and play Jaret’s guitar for the last song of Bowling for Soup’s show, or when the guys in Pax 217 hung around to talk to me and my friends for hours after their show. I’ll never forget those experiences, because they went out of their way to include me, even though it would have probably been much easier not to. All of us in Manic Bloom have had similar experiences throughout our musical careers, and it’s one of the main reasons we do what we do. We’ve experienced what it’s like to feel like part of a band we like, and our goal is to always make our fans feel that way.
So, in that light, we’ve decided to let you all have a bigger part than ever in Manic Bloom…by being on our new cd. If you’ve been to one of our shows, or if you’ve watched live videos online, you’ll know that we have a sing along part on our song "1000 Angels". We want you to send us yourself singing the sing-along "Na Na" part, and we’re going to add them to our cd. We want that part to be full of the voices of our fans. Love you guys. I'd drive to California if you guys were out there just to see you all. You guys are better than all the other bands I've seen live. And I can get away with chilling with you guys without having to be rushed in some cases like I was with a former favorite band.
My nana's are already up. Just go hunt them down. I might redo them though haha.
